A’Lei Beauty Baddies are customers over a certain threshold who promo our business on a regular basis, only BeautyBaddies receive a personalised discount code to share with followers (which increases by A’Lei Beauty discretion), receive samples of potential new products, we also put them in contact with influencer agencies, plus many other benefits.
Q. How can I find out about restocks?
If you are seeking a discontinued product, that has not been placed into pre-order then unfortunately, it will not be returning.
If it is a sold out item, please be aware that we restock merchandise every few weeks and also take pre-orders.
Q. Can I cancel my order once I made a purchase?
All sales are final.
Q. How can I change my address after I placed an order?
You may email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Address corrections require a $5.00 processing fee.
NOTE: There is a possibility that an order may get shipped less than 24 hours.
Q. How do I pre-order?
All products on pre-order will state clearly in description, it’s estimated in stock date.
if it’s within the upcoming 2 weeks a “Buy It Now” or “Add To Cart” option will appear. As soon as the product is in the warehouse your order will be fulfilled and shipped with whichever delivery method you chose at checkout.
We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges please do not return any item to the address on your package. A’Lei Beauty is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by Royal Mail, USPS or any courier service.
