UK Standard Delivery -  Royal Mail aims to deliver standard deliveries between 2-7 working days.

UK Next Day & UK Saturday Delivery - orders must be placed before the 12pm cut off time.

A’Lei Beauty posts only on weekdays, so next day delivery orders made on the weekend, will be posted the next working day.

International Shipping & Express International Shipping.

The Standard International delivery time frame is between 5-11 working days. This is subject to change please check the Royal mail website for updates. 

Express international orders may be shipped via FedEx, UPS or DHL with a delivery time frame between 1-3 working days.

Chose free delivery at checkout? Free delivery will be posted as standard at checkout. If you would like to track your order please choose a tracked service at checkout. 

Please be advised, if you have not paid for a Tracked Delivery, we also cannot track your order. 
We will see the same error message you will.

We are currently posting to Europe Delivered Duties Unpaid. This means that when the EU customer orders online, they are not charged VAT.  When the parcel arrives at the destination county's border, the customer is then charged VAT, a customs charge (if over 150€) and a handling fee.
